4 full-page miniatures (90x60/55 mm) with border decoration; 4 miniatures (45x58 mm) with decorated initial and border decoration; 1 historiated initial (40x42 mm) with border decoration; 1 illustration in the margin; decorated initials with border decoration; allborder decoration in Southern Netherlandish style (`strewn borders'); decorated initials with penflourishes (ff. 9r, 17r, 23r, 33v, 58r, etc.); penwork initials with pen-flourishes (ff. 13r, 13v, 14v, 15r, 16r, etc.)

Made for a member of the Bylant family. Philippus Warnerus (16th century). Alexander van der Haweycken (1601). Joseph Désiré Lupus (d. 1822) of Brussels; purchased with his collection in 1819 by King William I of The Netherlands; kept from 1819-1822 at the Musée Lupusin the Palace of Charles de Lorraine at Brussels (no. A 13)
