Provenance:

presented in 1369 by Gérard de Dainville, bishop of Atrecht and (since 1370) Thérouanne, to a relative, Jeanne de Planches, nun in a convent in the diocese of Cambrai. Purchased in 1767 by Georges-Joseph Gérard (1734-1814) of Brussels; purchased in 1818 by the DutchGovernment with the Gérard collection and placed in the Algemeen Rijksarchief (now: Nationaal Archief) at The Hague; transferred to the KB in 1832
