Purchased in 1953 from antiquarian bookseller W. Salloch, New York (cat. 124, no. 1a)

Annotation:

Quires are unbound and laying loose in binding. Incomplete: 16 leaves missing between ff. 49 and 54 and 16 leaves between ff. 71 and 72. Suffrages to St. Francis (f. 71#) and St. Clare (f. 71#)
