10 full-page miniatures (110/105x75/70 mm) with border decoration; 14 miniatures (45/25x45/25 mm) with border decoration; 42 historiated initials (45/30x50/35 mm) with border decoration; 9 illustrations in the margin; decorated initials with border decoration (ff.10r, 12r, 18r, 28v, 40r, etc.); all border decoration in Ghent-Bruges style (`strewn borders')
Added (f. 2v): 1 full-page miniature (107x68 mm) with border decoration; 1 illustration in the margin
Added (f. 1v, pasted in cutting, 85x70 mm): 1 miniature (unframed; 38x42 mm)

Rudolf Busch, Mainz; sold in 1921 at his sale at J. Baer, Frankfurt a.M. (cat. 4 May, no. 275, pl. XXXIII). C. van der Feer Ladèr, Hulshorst and Baarn. Ulco Proost, Amsterdam (bookplate); purchased in 1967 at his sale at J.L. Beyers, Utrecht (cat. 7-8 Nov., no. 1288, 2figs.)

Annotation:

Utrecht calendar. Several leaves misbound: f. 2: Mass of St. Gregory, originally facing f. 10r (Prayers of Indulgence); f. 9v: Lactation of St. Bernard, originally facing f. 12r (Prayers to Mary); f. 140r (fly-leaf at end): Holy Kinship, originally facing 19v (Rosaryof St. Anne); f. 80r: Creation: birds, fishes, beasts of the field, originally facing f. 73v (with rubric on Friday Prayer). Several leaves missing, probably all with historiated initials: between ff. 41-42 (Prayer); between ff. 71-72, 96-97 and 109-110 (Penetential Psalms of Mary:4th, 6th and 7th Psalms). The cutting on f. 1v depicting Anna Geperts (d. 1485), daughter of Peter Bogaerts of Leffingen near Ghent, together with her daughter(?) apparently comes from another book
